Robot statistics correct as of its most recent competition

Dreadnought is a Middleweight, later Heavyweight wedge flipper, built by GF93 of Ice Cubed Robotics. A low, two-wheel drive wedge design with rounded sides for deflecting blows, it was outfitted in tough armour, and was equipped with two active weapons- a front-hinged Pneumatic Flipper in the entire front wedge, and a powerful Pneumatic Spike in the rear wedge that could extend to half a metre. Although the Spike saw little action, the Flipper proved to be a valuable asset, capable of self-righting the entire robot when flipped over, and turning over almost all of its opponents along the way.

One of the original four designs made by Ice Cubed Robotics for FRR: Dead Zone, Dreadnought proved itself to be a surprisingly effective contender with its balance of drive, flipping prowess, and resilience against even the toughest foes, which ultimately allowed it to finish joint-Third in the Middleweight Division with King Dedede, losing out to Bad Wolf in the Playoffs.

Although the original Middleweight Dreadnought has since been retired, a Lightweight based on its design, Conqueror, was introduced in Crazy Bots: Blazing Ruin, and a new Heavyweight version of the original machine has since been introduced, and will make its first appearance in FRR: No Mercy.

HMS Dreadnought (S101), Dreadnought's namesake.

  • Much like its younger brother, Dreadnought is named after a Royal Navy Nuclear Submarine- HMS Dreadnought, the United Kingdom's first Nuclear-powered Submarine.
  • Dreadnought is one of the few robots to change weight classes in between its appearances in an ARC competition.
  • Dreadnought's low-pressure Flipper design was based predominantly on the three-time Robot Wars Bronze Medallist, Firestorm.
