Perseus is a Middleweight hammerbot created by KodeBreaker of Team Covenant. It is a 2WD box-wedge with a rounded back, angled sides, and a scoop-shaped front near the top, leading down to a more conventionally shaped wedge at the bottom, with three extremely low prongs at the tip. Its ground clearance at the rear is formidable and the range of its axe is rather decent, allowing Perseus to strike from afar.
The first version of Perseus also had a moderately powerful hammer, and a curved wedge shape to keep control of its opponents. Terminus was thought to be its successor until the second version arrived.
The original Perseus
Perseus was one of the original Team Covenant line-up, taking part in ARC: Reckoning. While he achieved a greater record than Scarab and Fulcrum, he did not make the play-offs, leaving Shadow Zone Forever to be Kody's only play-off robot of the tournament. Its second version competed in Crazy Bots: New Breed City and made the semi-finals, but forfeited to Automaton due to his builder suddenly dropping out.
