Pyrite is a lightweight robot designed and built by Badnik96 of Team Ignition. Its was a standard horizontal thwackbot for its first two tournaments, but since has been converted into an overhead thwack. Pyrite started its career with two decent tournaments before it became a champion, winning the lightweight division of FRR: Backlash.
Pyrite was the first robot that Badnik rendered in 3D when he learned how to use Rhino.
