I'm a fallible fleshy human, like you. I probably didn't think of some things while writing up the rules at 4 am in a drunken haze.
If you're not sure if something works, ask. Don't assume it will work, or wait until your RP to spring it on people. If you used to rely very heavily on some obscure paragraph in the ARC rules to get some sneaky kind of bonus, and you see no mention of it in the RB rules... don't assume it will keep working for you. Ask.
